I work with people who are used to being the strong one — the ones supporting everyone else while quietly running on empty.
After experiencing burnout and chronic stress myself while working as an executive in the charity sector, I understand the emotional pressure, constant demands, and quiet overwhelm that can build up over time and how easily overwhelm becomes the norm. After realising "stress" had become my "normal" way of living and needing 6 months just to calm my nervous system and find balance despite travelling! I trained myself to not only manage but dissolve stress and burnout that was previously affecting my productivity and energy levels to show up. I became more passionate about supporting others in the same space who are constantly giving and pouring into others without always having the space to reset themselves.
My work focuses on helping individuals and teams reset their nervous system, manage emotional load, and build resilience in a way that actually feels doable within busy, high-pressure roles.
Through practical tools from hypnotherapy, techniques from mindset and emotional wellbeing coaching that will support the release of emotional overwhelm, float above stress, restore balance, increase efficiency and productivity whilst making wellbeing feel more accessible, even in the busiest of environments with limited time.
